作品について
- 日本国内における作品の販売は、基本的に弊社が販売仲介を委託する担当者を通じて行います。基本的にオンラインでの作品の販売は受け付けていませんが、海外からの照会等、または特定の担当者がいない場合には、作品に関する照会やその他のお問い合わせを受け付けます。
- 作品のイメージが伝わるように撮影しておりますが、お客様がご利用の機材の環境により色などが異なって見える場合があります。
- 作品販売の際（初回）、または弊社が必要であると判断した場合には、お客様の本人確認書類の写しをいただきます。
About the Artworks
- Sales of artworks within Japan are generally conducted through representatives appointed by the company, Hirokuni & Associates, LLC, hereinafter referred as “the Company”, to act as sales agents. Whilst the Company does not generally accept online sales of artworks, it does accept enquiries regarding artworks and other matters where no specific representative is assigned, such as in the case of enquiries from overseas.
- Whilst the Company takes photographs of the artworks designed to convey the fair appearance of them, colours and other details may appear different depending on the equipment and settings you are using.
- When selling artwork (for the first time), or whenever it deems necessary by the Company, it shall request a copy of the customer’s identification document.

お届けまでの日数
- お支払い完了後の翌日から7日以内に発送いたします。
- 注文日が休業日や週末、祝日などに重なる場合や、年末年始、大型連休のため発送が遅れる場合がございます。
- 何らかの理由にてお届けに時間が掛かる場合は、メール等で発送日をお知らせいたします。
Delivery Terms
- The Company shall dispatch the order within 7 days from the day after payment is duly received by the Company.
- Dispatch may be delayed if the order date falls on a non-working day, weekend or public holiday, or during the year-end and New Year period or long public holiday periods.
- If delivery is (to be) delayed for any reason, the Company shall notify the customer of the dispatch date by email or other means.
配送料・配送方法
- 国内、国外を問わず作品の梱包料を含む送料及び保険料等の実費は全てお客様の負担となります。
- 作品の配送に関する付保や配送業者の手配をお客様ご自身が行われる場合、あらかじめその旨お知らせください。
Delivery Charges and Methods
- All delivery charges, including packing costs and/or insurance premiums whether for domestic or international shipments—are to be borne by the customer.
- If the customer wishes to arrange his/her own insurance cover or select a courier for the delivery of the artwork, please inform us of the details in advance.

ご注文完了をお知らせするメールが届きましたらご注文内容をご確認の上、記載された口座に7営業日以内に合計金額のお振込みをお願します。その際のお振込手数料はお客様負担とさせていただいております。

「ド）ヒロクニ」と表示される場合もあります。

作品代金以外の必要料金
- 消費税（10％ 2026年4月1日時点）海外からの購入については適用されません。

返品・返金について
弊社の不手際による場合
- 配送中の破損、発送商品の間違いの場合は、返金等に対応させていただきます。
但し、弊社が取り扱う作品は木版画などを除き基本的に一点ものですので、交換できない場合は商品代金を返金いたします。 - 代替品配送の際は弊社で送料を負担いたします。
なお、一度開封された作品は返品の対象となりませんのでご注意ください。 - 商品到着後3日以内に受注番号、お名前、ご住所と交換の理由、状況を明記の上、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。ご連絡なくお送り頂きますと、お受けできない場合もあります
Returns and Refunds
In cases where there is any error at the Company
- In the event of damage during delivery or if the wrong item has been dispatched, the Company shall arrange a refund or similar resolution.
However, as the works the Company handles are generally one-off pieces (with the exception of woodblock prints and similar items), we shall refund the purchase price if an exchange is not possible. - We shall cover the postage costs when sending a replacement item.
Please note that items that have been unpacked are not eligible for return. - Please contact us via the enquiry form within three (3) days of receiving the artwork, clearly stating your order number, name, address, and the reason for the return along with a description of the situation. If you return an item without prior notification, we may be unable to accept it.
お客様のご都合による場合
未使用、未開封のものに限り、商品到着後3日以内に受注番号、お名前、ご住所と返品・交換の理由を明記の上、合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。その際、下記の費用がお客様のご負担となります。
- お届け時の送料と返品時の送料・保険料
- 銀行振込手数料
- その他諸掛り
In cases where the return is at the customer’s request
Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened items. Please contact us via the designated form within three days of receipt, clearly stating your order number, name, address and the reason for the return. In such cases, the following costs will be borne by the customer:
- Delivery charges for the original shipment and return postage and insurance
- Bank transfer fees
- Other handling fees and commissions applicable
返金時の振込手数料
ご返送いただいた作品を確認後、上記該当分を差し引いた金額で返金処理させていただきます。
Bank transfer fees for refunds
Once we check the returned artwork(s), we shall process the refund for the amount shown above, after deducting applicable fees and charges, etc.

Handling of Personal Information
