ヒロクニ・アート・アドバイザリー（運営会社：合同会社廣國、以下「当社」といいます）は、個人情報保護の重要性に鑑み、「個人情報の保護に関する法律」及び本プライバシーポリシーを遵守し、お客さまのプライバシー保護に努めます。
Considering the importance of protecting personal information, Hirokuni Art Advisory, operated by Hirokuni & Associates LLC and hereinafter referred as “the Company”, recognizes and shall strive to protect customers’ privacy in compliance with this Privacy Policy and with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information”.
個人情報の定義 Definition of Personal Information
お客さま個人に関する情報（以下「個人情報」といいます）であって、お客さまのお名前、住所、電話番号などお客さま個人を識別することができる情報を指します。他の情報と組み合わせ、照合することにより個人を識別することができる情報も含まれます。
Information relating to individual customer, hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”, refers to the information that can identify a specific customer, such as the customer’s name, address, and phone number, etc. This also includes information that can identify an individual when combined and cross-referenced with other information.
個人情報取得の目的 Purposes of Collecting Personal Information
当社は、購入された商品の配送等の目的により、メールアドレスやお名前、ご住所等の個人情報を、次に揚げる目的の範囲内においてご提供して頂くことがあります。
1. お客様への商品のお届け、メールの配信等、お客様がご希望されたサービスの提供を行うため。
2. お客様へ、より質の高いサービス提供を行う方策を講じるための統計的資料を得るため。
3. お客様からのお問い合わせへの返信のため。
The Company may ask customers to provide Personal Information, such as email address, name, and/or address, etc., for purposes such as shipping purchased items, within the scope of the following purposes:
1. To provide necessary services that customers request, such as delivering purchased items to customers, sending emails, etc.;
2. To obtain statistical information to help the Company improving its service quality; and
3. To respond to enquiries from customers.
個人情報の安全管理 Safe Management of Personal Information
当社は、個人情報の適切な管理のために、セキュリティーシステムの維持、社内管理体制整備等の必要な措置を講じ、安全対策を実施して個人情報の厳重な管理を行います。
To ensure the proper management of Personal Information, the Company takes necessary measures, such as maintaining security systems and establishing internal control frameworks, and implements safety measures.
個人情報の利用 Utilization of Personal Information
当社は、お客様の個人情報を原則として前述の「個人情報取得の目的」の範囲内で利用するものとし、「個人情報取得の目的」の範囲外で利用する場合には、事前にお客様の同意を得るものとします。
As a general rule, the Company shall utilize the Personal Information of customers within the scope of the “Purposes of Collecting Personal Information” set out above; should the Company wish to utilize the Personal Information of the customers for purposes outside the scope, the Company shall obtain the consent in advance.
個人情報の開示又は提供 Disclosure or Provision of Personal Information
当社は、次に掲げる場合を除き、お客様の個人情報を第三者に開示又は提供いたしません。
1. お客様から事前に同意を得ている場合。
2. お客様が希望されるサービスを行うために当社が業務委託先等に必要な範囲で開示又は提供する場合。
3. 統計的資料等の個人を特定できない形式で開示又は提供する場合。
4. 個人情報に関する守秘義務、再提供禁止及び事故時の責任分担等の契約を締結し、個人情報に関して当社と同等の取り扱いが担保されている第三者に対して開示又は提供する場合。
5. 裁判所、検察、警察その他の司法機関又は行政機関から法的義務を伴う開示要請を受けた場合。
6. 当社又はお客様の権利、財産、安全等を保護するために必要であると当社が合理的に判断した場合。
The Company shall not disclose or provide the Personal Information of customers to any third parties, except in the following cases:
1. Where the Company obtains prior consent from the customer;
2. Where the Company discloses or provides information to subcontractors or other parties to the extent necessary to provide the services that have been requested by the customer;
3. Where the Company discloses or provides information in a form that does not identify individuals, such as statistical data;
4. Where the Company discloses or provides information to third parties with whom it concludes contracts over confidentiality obligations, prohibitions on re-disclosure and allocation of liability in the event of an incident, and where such third parties guarantee a standard of handling Personal Information equivalent to that of the Company;
5. Where the Company receives a request for disclosure from Courts, public prosecutors’ offices, the police or other judicial or administrative bodies that is accompanied by a legal obligation; or
6. Where the Company reasonably determines that it is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of the customer or the Company and/or its subcontractors.
